By maintaining this size, principals track projects readily, project managers and architects are assigned effectively and staff is supervised on a daily basis.

PROCESS & PRINCIPAL DRIVEN
There are always two principals directly involved on every project allowing any client to get an immediate answer to a problem with a phone call. Projects are discussed in weekly principals' and project managers' meetings to ensure that the partnership as a whole can weigh in with its combined wisdom by suggesting options to the specifics of a problem.
