At daSILVA, we view architecture as both a collaborative process and an art–and ourselves as both problem solvers and form givers. While respecting
our clients' ideas, history and culture, we create innovation and uniquely tailored solutions for each project.
The principals at daSILVA Architects–Jaques Black, Chip Calcagni and Anton Martinez–foster an atmosphere of collaboration with both our technical
staff and our clients. Our staff size allows for principals to be intimately engaged with every stage of every project, while encouraging the creative input
the firm's associates.
With a strong foundation in the discipline of health care design, daSILVA is now establishing its reputation in other markets.
We have experience with a wide range of building types, including single and multi-family residences; colleges and universities; research laboratories;
and corporate offices. To each specialty, daSILVA brings the same passion and continues a tradition of training young architects while simultaneously
expanding our capabilities and our staff.
