ANTON MARTINEZ, AIA

Anton Martinez’ distinguished 30-year architectural career has included experience as staff architect with some of the most prestigious firms in the New York metropolitan area—Edward Larabee Barnes; I.M. Pei and Partners; James Stewart Polshek and Partners; Cossutta & Associates; Larsen/Juster Architects & Planners; and Perkins Eastman Architects PC, among others. In addition, he has taught at several leading universities.

His project experience in the design of institutional, corporate, single- and multi-family residences; cultural and research facilities, has included landmark and award winning projects throughout the United States. In addition to Mr. Martinez' strong interest in research and building technology, he has broad experience in the development and coordination of contract documents; the application of building codes, and historic preservation. He has successfully dealt with various landmark commissions and zoning boards in the review of his projects.
