Stern, David Fishman and Jacob Tilove, describes the Sidney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers’s stylish neo-Modernist facade crowned by a roof terrace sheltered by a sixth-floor set-back penthouse punctured by three openings in a manner recalling the penthouse of Goodwin and Stone’s Museum of Modern Art (1939).
