In a landmark building on lower Broadway in Manhattan, daSILVA Architects designed 10,000 SF of office space. The program consisted of executive office suites with adjacent secretarial offices; administrative and key support areas with multiple workstations; a printing suite and the main reception area. Distinctive architectural features such as 12-foot tall arched windows and plaster ceiling medallions were retained. New glass/wood/aluminum partitions and office systems give the space a clean contemporary feel. This project was completed under a requirements contract with the client as a joint venture with Judd Designs.
