This project involved a complete overhaul of the lobby of a midtown office tower. The layout was reconfigured and retail areas relocated in order to visually reconnect the lobby with the building's outdoor plaza. The design included all new finishes, lighting, electro/mechanical and upgraded elevator services. The new lobby is an easily manageable space oriented on the plaza with a central concierge desk that defines and controls circulation to the tower, while integrating directory services.
