daSILVA Architects provided full architectural services to upgrade two 1960s era physics teaching facilities at the SUNY Farmingdale campus. We designed teaching labs that include advanced technologies and equipment, allowing for classical physics experiments and modern pedagogy to take place. The complete renovation includes all new AC systems, finishes and casework; counters for demonstrations with appropriate lighting for each function, and accommodations for a LAN with connections to central servers.
