We chose a "boutique-like" image, similar to the neighboring shops on Madison Avenue for this Upper East Side real estate office in a 19th century brownstone. The resulting office space affords greater exposure in the neighborhood and, as a result of the success of this project, has become a popular trend amongst other real estate companies. The space accommodates approximately 100 brokers, a conference room and equipment rooms for telephone, computer and copying services. The storefront retail display consists of a gallery of gold leaf picture frames suspended on brass rods encased in a mahogany frame.
