Kitchen/Cafeteria Master Plan

daSILVA Architects was chosen by Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center to create a master plan to provide increased capacity for the hospital's servery and dining functions. The objectives of the plan are to maximize space within the existing footprint of the cafeteria/servery, separate visitor patient and staff dining areas; and provide appropriate space for the food service extern program and areas for demonstration cooking. The design will include flexible seating, as the dining areas are also used for special functions.
