The need to rationalize and augment patient circulation at Holy Name Hospital in New Jersey led to a comprehensive investigation of overall facility needs. Our findings led to the relocation of many departments and a new building which provided a vital link between existing hospital structures. It also created a new centralized vertical circulation core, ambulatory surgery unit, cafeteria and servery with outdoor terrace; labor and delivery suite; administration office and central supply area.
