Health Care Plan of Action
New York State Correctional System

As part of a joint venture team, daSILVA Architects developed The Health Care Plan of Action for the New York State Correctional System. The plan, which rationalized the delivery of health care services at correctional facilities throughout the state, involved the design of prototypical medical units and the development of budgets, and included a 10-year implementation schedule. During implementation, the joint venture team completed the design of primary care clinic at Wallkill Correctional Facility and a new freestanding inpatient medical unit at Greenhaven Correctional Facility.
