As part of a requirements contract, daSILVA Architects embarked on a joint venture with Judd Designs to develop this 10,000 SF office space in a landmark building on lower Broadway in Manhattan.
The program consisted of executive office suites with adjacent secretarial offices, administration and key support areas with multiple workstations, a printing suite, and main reception. Existing features such as 12' tall arched windows and plaster ceiling medallions were retained and employed. New glass, wood, and aluminum partitions and office systems give the space a clean, contemporary feel.
