Paying special attention to space, finishes, health and handicap codes, daSILVA developed a modular layout that can be adapted to different locations of future Lola’s restaurants. Following a gut renovation of retail space, daSILVA reconfigured the layout to comply with the mechanical demands of a kitchen and the basic needs of customers. An intimate setting for tea and snacks, Lola’s is modern, warm, and cozy.
In addition to designing the Lola logo and preparing plans for municipality filing, daSILVA Architects prepared required documents and filed with the Department of Health.
