This site specific coffee bar installation was designed and implemented as part of daSILVA Architects' food service master plan to provide increased capacity for the hospital’s servery and dining functions. Utilizing an underused spacious egress area we were able to provide off-site access to a high volume activity. This enabled the cafeteria to separate the grab and go services from dining activities and increase the food service customer base and retention rate.
The Gift Shop serves as an additional off-site express service locations.
